This Privacy Policy explains how RESONO Co., LIMITED (“Resono”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information associated with resono.world, resonoai.com and Resono consumer apps and services. Product-specific disclosures explain the processing used by the relevant experience.
Website enquiries
These presentation websites do not offer account creation, content uploads or checkout. Contact links open your email application. Information you send in an enquiry is used to respond to and manage that enquiry; service infrastructure may process technical information needed to operate and secure the websites.
1. Information we may collect
Creative inputs: sketches, drawings, photos, images, text prompts, voice prompts, and other content you choose to upload or create in our apps.
App usage data: app interactions, feature usage, crash logs, diagnostics, device type, operating system version, language settings, and approximate region.
Account and support information: email address, support messages, purchase status, subscription status, and information you provide when contacting us.
Payment information: purchases and subscriptions are generally processed by Apple. We do not directly receive your full payment card information from Apple.
2. How we use information
To provide AI-powered creative features, generate outputs, process your creative requests, and improve app reliability.
To provide customer support, troubleshoot technical issues, respond to data deletion requests, and manage subscriptions or purchase-related support.
To improve safety, detect misuse, enforce our Terms, and comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.
3. Photos, voice, and children’s creative data
Our apps may allow users to upload photos or record voice prompts for creative purposes. We only process such content to provide the requested app functions unless we clearly state otherwise and obtain any required permission.
If an app is designed for children or families, we aim to minimize data collection, avoid unnecessary personal information, and provide clear parental guidance. Additional child privacy disclosures may be provided inside the relevant app.
4. AI processing and service providers
Some AI features may use cloud or on-device processing and licensed technologies, supported by authorized service providers. We require service providers to process data only for authorized purposes and to protect it appropriately.
5. Data retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law, security, billing, dispute resolution, or legitimate business needs.
You may request deletion by visiting our Data Deletion page or contacting support@resonoai.com. We may need to verify your request before completing it.
6. International users
Resono apps are intended for global users. Your information may be processed in countries or regions other than where you live. We take reasonable steps to protect information according to this Policy and applicable law.
7. Your choices
You may choose not to upload photos, voice, or other personal content. You may also manage app permissions such as Photos, Microphone, Camera, and Notifications in your device settings.
You may cancel subscriptions through Apple account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
