Subscription Terms

1. Paid features

Some Resono apps may offer free features and paid features. Paid features may include premium AI generations, higher limits, advanced styles, cloud processing, or additional creative tools.

2. Billing and renewal

Subscriptions purchased through iOS/iPadOS are billed by Apple through your Apple ID. Unless canceled, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the plan shown at purchase.

Your Apple account may be charged within the renewal period specified by Apple and the App Store purchase flow.

3. Free trials

If a free trial is offered, the trial length, renewal price, and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. At the end of the trial, the subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel an Apple subscription through your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise stated by Apple or applicable law.

5. Refunds

Refund requests for purchases made through Apple are generally handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies and applicable law.

Physical products and enterprise services

Custom physical artwork and enterprise services are separate from app subscriptions. Specifications, prices, delivery arrangements and applicable order or project terms are confirmed separately before payment.
