Terms of Use
These Terms govern use of Resono websites and consumer apps and AI services provided by RESONO Co., LIMITED. Product-specific terms apply to the relevant experience. Enterprise projects, integrations and custom physical orders are subject to separately agreed terms.
1. Eligibility and account responsibility
You must comply with all applicable laws and platform rules when using Resono services. If you use our services on behalf of a child or family member, you are responsible for supervising appropriate use.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, account, and app access.
2. User content and rights
You are responsible for the sketches, photos, prompts, voice, and other content you upload or create. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content you submit.
You retain ownership of your user content, subject to the rights you grant us to operate and provide the services.
By submitting content, you grant Resono a limited license to process, host, reproduce, transform, and display your content solely as needed to provide the requested features, support, safety, and service operations.
3. AI-generated outputs
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You should review outputs before using, sharing, publishing, or relying on them.
You are responsible for determining whether your use of AI-generated outputs is permitted under applicable laws and third-party rights.
4. Prohibited uses
You may not use our services to create illegal, harmful, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, violent, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-violating content.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse our services or underlying technologies.
5. Subscriptions and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases through iOS/iPadOS are generally processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund rules.

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free outputs, or suitability for any particular purpose.
Creative and AI outputs are for informational, entertainment, educational, or creative use and should not be treated as professional advice.
