Data Deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with your use of Resono apps, subject to identity verification, legal requirements, security needs, and technical limitations.
1. What you can request to delete
Uploaded photos, sketches, creative inputs, generated project records, account information, support records, and other personal information associated with your use of Resono services, where applicable.
2. How to request deletion
Email support@resonoai.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”. Include the app name, your account email if applicable, device platform, and a brief description of the data you want deleted.
3. Verification
We may ask for information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. We will not ask for your Apple ID password or full payment information.
4. Exceptions
Some data may be retained where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, billing records, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational needs.
5. Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law.
